Though Reddy recorded his disappointment saying that the government was not cooperating and “the rules of the House are not being followed” to justify his walking out, it actually came as a big relief for the treasury. It first tried to convince him to withdraw the bill and even referred to the constitutional provision to put forth the argument that the bill could not be put to vote.
